Carolina Sánchez Staiger | Founder

"I always believed work should be much more than an obligation."

We spend a large part of our lives working, which is why I have always been interested in understanding what makes a person truly connect with what they do, with their team and with a company's culture.

That vision led me to study Psychology and specialize in Organizational Psychology. From the very beginning of my career, I understood that my interest was not only in processes, but in the people behind them: in how to build strong teams, healthy cultures and talent decisions that truly make an impact.

That is how my path in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search began.

More than 10 years ago, I started my career in telecommunications, and over time I moved into different environments and challenges within strategic and specialized recruiting.

I worked in executive recruiting, led talent attraction processes in retail for more than four years at the local and national level, and later specialized in executive search for industries such as real estate, consumer goods, services, manufacturing, cosmetics and tourism.

My most recent corporate experience was at a tourism company with national and international operations, where I worked on strategic positions for LATAM and the Caribbean and supported growth processes in highly dynamic markets.

Talent should not just fill a role. It should fit, contribute and create value.

Today, hiring decisions require much more than assessing experience or technical skills. They require understanding the culture, the leadership, the dynamics of the teams and the real fit between a company and the talent it brings in.

That is why The Talent Office was born.

Not as a traditional recruiting firm, but as a talent boutique designed for companies that understand that building the right teams has a direct impact on the growth, stability and future of the business.

Today we support companies and leaders in Executive Search and Hiring Strategy processes with a close, strategic and modern approach, combining headhunting experience with methodologies from the agile world.

As the founder of The Talent Office, my goal will always be the same: to help companies make better talent decisions, build teams aligned with their culture and vision, and support the sustainable growth of their business through the right people.

Because behind every hire there is much more than a job opening.
